Architectural / Structural BIM Modeler

DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Architectural / Structural BIM Modeler in Sharjah, UAE

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering / Civil / Architectural or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines using Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM software.
• Prepare detailed drawings and schedules (plans, sections, elevations, and details) from BIM models.
• Coordinate with MEP and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and accurate models.
• Implement company BIM standards, templates, and workflows throughout the project.
• Support engineers and coordinators in design development, coordination, and clash detection processes.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture / Structure and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of architectural and structural systems, detailing, and construction practices.
• Experience in developing models up to LOD 300, 400 and 500 level.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
