Architectural Team Lead: Real Estate

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the architectural design team, managing project drawings, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring delivery of high-quality architectural outputs for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural design team for multiple real estate projects.
• Review and approve concept designs, working drawings & GFC drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape & interior consultants.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, bye-laws and project requirements.
• Conduct design reviews, provide technical guidance & resolve design issues.
• Monitor drawing timelines, quality, revisions & documentation control.
• Provide design support during construction stage & assist project teams.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations & design approvals.
• Ensure alignment of architectural drawings with real estate project goals.

Profile Requirements:

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institute.
• 6–10+ years experience in architectural design for real estate projects.
• Strong leadership, team management & coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & related software.
• Excellent understanding of real estate project workflows & local regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
