Core Responsibilities

An Architectural & Technical Consultant in Tebodin typically handles both design and engineering coordination:

1. Architectural Design & Planning

Develop concept designs, layouts, and master plans

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs

Ensure compliance with local Qatar regulations and international standards

2. Technical Consulting

Provide technical solutions for complex engineering projects

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams

Review and validate design calculations and materials

3. Project Coordination

Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Support project managers during execution phases

Conduct site inspections and technical evaluations

4. Compliance & Quality

Ensure designs meet:

Safety standards

Environmental regulations

Client requirements

5. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare:

Technical reports

Design documentation

Feasibility studies

Key Skills Required:

Architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM)

Strong understanding of engineering systems

Knowledge of Qatar construction standards

Project coordination & stakeholder management

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Pay: From QAR28,000.00 per month
