Job Summary and Purpose

To provide Logistics, Marine and Shipping Services to the Projects Department, and to facilitate smooth operations of the project’s day-to-day operational requirements from NAC office or defined work location.

Accountabilities

Key Accountabilities:

Visa Applications & Liaison Functions:
1. Ensure that e-mails/faxes from principals / clients are replied to/acknowledged in the shortest time possible.
2. Ensure all day-to-day logistics, marine, shipping operations are arranged and followed up (Shipment clearances, Shipment deliveries, Shipment storages) with the client, contractors, authorities, and service providers.
3. Preparing Visas, Gate passes, offshore passes, shipments clearance docs accurately, and liaising with relevant departments/service providers for the processing of the same.
4. Ensure project transport (personal and materials) and other operational requirements are planned well, for smooth operations.
5. Liaise closely with inter-departments for the related support services.
6. Make hotel, air ticket, training, and medical arrangements as required.
7. Maintaining up to date records of visa, gate pass, shipments, transport arrangements, enabling to update the Client for timely renewals/arrangements and liaise with relevant department for the arrangements.
8. Ensure all expense related documents are received by the respective services providers and been posted for finalization of DA.
9. Ensure that the SAP/Fiori is updated with services provided against each DA.

Key Result Areas

• Performing multiple coordination’s between client, service providers, vessels, vendors, authorities, inter departments and etc.; and maintaining good relationship.
• Ability and willingness to work beyond office hours as an when required.
• Basic knowledge in Logistics, Marine and Shipping industry. Having some experience in cost/expense and invoicing will be an advantage.
