Architectural Technician

Create and develop detailed designs for villas and apartments
Prepare elevations and floor plans with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality
Produce realistic renderings using 3ds Max and other relevant software
Collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to bring projects to life
Qualifications:
✅ 4+ years of relevant experience
✅ Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
✅ Strong design and visualization skills
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution
Strong academic background in design, planning, and construction
Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
