Architectural/Interior Fit-Out Draughtsman

Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services L.L.C. is currently seeking a skilled Draughtsman (Architecture/Interior Fit-Out) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural and interior fit-out drafting. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional who is locally available in the UAE and ready to start work without delay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings for architecture and interior fit-out projects using AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and wall elevations based on design concepts and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate and timely drawing submissions.
• Revise and update drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, or engineering inputs.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, project standards, and company protocols.
• Maintain organized documentation and adhere to project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman in architecture/interior fit-out.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of fit-out detailing, materials, joinery, and interior finishing standards.
• Ability to interpret design intent and convert it into precise working/shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
