Job Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of residential and commercial buildings within the housing society. The role involves ensuring functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the society’s development standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings for housing units, community buildings, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of designs.
• Prepare and review working drawings, 3D models, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, housing authority regulations, and environmental standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Coordinate with interior designers, landscapers, and urban planners for integrated project development.
• Suggest innovative, sustainable, and cost-efficient design solutions.
• Prepare project presentations for management and society committees.
• Maintain records of design revisions, approvals, and construction progress.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Minimum 03years of relevant experience in housing or real estate projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, housing society by-laws, and construction practices.
• Excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Creativity with attention to detail and functionality.
