Project Manager – Civil / Architectural Engineering

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager with a background in Civil or Architectural Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, quality deliverables, and smooth client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and execute construction/engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Develop and present project reports, client updates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Utilize project management and engineering software for planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Resolve project challenges and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment to drive project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in project management within construction, engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
