Technical Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a new external venture involving diverse global projects. These may include eCommerce, software development, AI-based systems, educational models, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and technical project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple domains and coordinate with international teams, including those based in the UK, US, and other regions. This role requires someone who can manage full project lifecycles, ensure timely delivery, and drive results across multiple high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee the execution and growth of educational and technology projects, including franchise models.

· Conduct meetings with stakeholders for planning, designing, execution, and delivery.

· Lead internal teams (Design, Development, Content) and ensure high-quality outputs.

· Take complete ownership of the Design & Development department with strong QA systems.

· Implement project management tools to monitor task progress, deadlines, and team efficiency.

· Define project scopes, budgets, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.

· Ensure maximum utilization of resources and successful completion of projects.

· Collaborate with teams in the UK, US, and other countries for task alignment and communication.

· Develop centralized systems for logins, data access, and reporting.

· Prioritize projects using a structured pipeline and reporting system.

· Foster a motivated and collaborative work environment.

· Launch and expand educational franchise projects across regions.

· Maintain vendor databases and manage supply chains where applicable.

· Oversee website improvements and ensure quality deliverables.

· Present weekly reports and project summaries to top management.

· Maintain RAID logs to proactively manage risks and issues.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

· 6–8 years of hands-on experience in technical project management

· Strong experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Click Up)

· Excellent leadership and communication skills

· In-depth understanding of QA, design, development, and operations

· Experience managing cross-functional and international teams

· Familiarity with franchise or education-related projects is a plus

· Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accountability
