Role Overview

The Senior Technical Project Manager & Lead Developer will own the technical success of our projects from inception to delivery. You will:

• Architect solutions,
• Lead development teams, and
• Execute hands-on coding with best-in-class technologies like React, Node.js, Python, and GraphQL.

You will be the bridge between technical excellence and flawless execution, ensuring our clients get top-quality results, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-value software projects from planning to delivery.
• Translate business goals into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions.
• Architect systems using modern, high-performance tech stacks.
• Code critical components and set the technical benchmark for the team.
• Provide mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to developers.
• Manage stakeholders, communicate progress, and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure agile methodologies are followed for smooth project execution.
• Drive innovation and stay ahead of emerging technologies.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• React.js — Advanced knowledge in building dynamic, responsive, and scalable frontends.
• Node.js — Expertise in backend development with focus on performance and security.
• Python — Strong experience in backend services, APIs, and data-heavy applications.
• GraphQL — Deep understanding of query optimization and schema design.
• Software Architecture — Proven experience designing complex, scalable systems.
• Cloud Environments — AWS, Azure, or GCP familiarity for deployment and scaling.
• Databases — Strong command over SQL & NoSQL databases.

Leadership & Management Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years in technical project management / team leadership.
• Excellent people management and conflict resolution abilities.
• Skilled in project planning, risk management, and deadline enforcement.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for client and internal interactions.
