Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with 4+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong design capabilities, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in planning, detailing, and executing residential/commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans for residential, commercial, and interior projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, layout plans, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout project execution.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure design compliance, and solve on-site issues.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and technical documentation.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure quality delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Master’s in Architecture (M.Arch).
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and related design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and industry trends.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in interior design projects.

Knowledge of sustainable & modern architectural trends.

Strong portfolio showcasing completed works.

Salary Range

As per industry standards / Based on skills & experience.
