Architecture Design Engineer

1. Purpose of Hiring

Pioneer Engineering KSA requests approval to recruit an Architecture Design Engineer to support the architectural design requirements of ongoing and upcoming projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The position is essential to ensure timely delivery of high-quality architectural designs and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

3. Key Responsibilities

The Architecture Design Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Preparation of architectural drawings from concept design through detailed design stages

• Development of plans, sections, elevations, and architectural details

• Coordination of architectural designs with structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines

• Preparation of design packages for client review and authority approvals

• Development of 3D models and architectural visualizations

• Revision of drawings based on review comments and project requirements

• Ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and standards

• Supporting tender drawings and proposal documentation when required

• Maintaining organized and up-to-date design documentation

4. Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design within engineering consultancy or architectural design firms

Professional Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in architectural design for residential, commercial, mixed-use, or institutional projects

• Experience across multiple design stages including concept, schematic, and detailed design

• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments

• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia building codes, standards, and authority requirements is an advantage

Software & Technical Skills (Mandatory):

• AutoCAD – advanced proficiency in architectural drafting

• Revit – strong experience in architectural modeling and BIM-based documentation

• 3ds Max – experience in 3D modeling and visualization

• Ability to produce coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models

• Knowledge of rendering and presentation tools is an added advantage

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
