Position: Architectural QA/QC Engineer
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ( Qiddiya )

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Architectural QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is fully implemented and maintained in a structured and efficient manner. The role requires close coordination with engineers, project managers, and construction/fit-out teams to ensure all works comply with international standards, client requirements, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and QMS requirements.
• Ensure architectural finishes and fit-out works meet client specifications and high-quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and analyze results to identify non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Implement and improve quality control procedures across construction and fit-out activities.
• Advise and support colleagues, users, departments, and clients to improve quality in production and site execution.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Ensure quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in Fit-Out projects (commercial, retail, hotels, corporate offices, or high-rise buildings).
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, codes, and standards related to architectural works.
• Hands-on experience in site inspections, snagging, and final handover.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Familiarity with international standards and client expectations in high-profile projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
