WE’RE HIRING | ARCHITECTURE DRAFTSMAN

Universal BIM is seeking a qualified Architecture Draftsman to join our team in Dubai.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 years of UAE experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Availability: Must be currently available in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD / Revit
• Develop shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and authority standards
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and BIM teams to resolve design clashes
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, consultant feedback, and client requirements
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes and project guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge preferred
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction standards
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
