Draftsman (Architecture & Structure)

• Drafting architectural, structure drawings (complete set of working drawings/construction set).

• Visit site when required and acquire site measurements/details.

• Draw quantities as per requirement from the drawings and layouts. This includes estimation of procurement for civil and interior finishes works.

• Develop set of working drawings, submission drawing as may be required.

• Adjust the designs on CAD based on clients and engineers’ feedback and/or depending on the functionality of the project.

• Report to Chief Architect, Engineers, Quality Compliance and Marketing divisions.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
