Project Architect

- Develop project proposals working closely with senior architect to develop strong concepts utilizing specifications, relevant design guidelines & client requirements.

- Prepare layouts and preliminary design schemes.

- Adjust designs and plans to meet the client's needs.

- Prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations

-Assist in preparation of tender/construction packages.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Architecture with 5+ years of relevant experience

- Must be strong in conceptual development and planning

-Knowledge of current industry trends, building technology, codes, and regulations

- Good team working and time management skills

- Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks with efficiency

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup and rendering software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
