Position: Architecture Engineer – Retail Design & Delivery (RDD)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced architecture engineer to join our RDD team. As an architecture engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of our retail projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for retail spaces
• Develop innovative and functional design concepts for retail projects
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project requirements
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design or construction issues
• Review and approve shop drawings and material samples
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to retail design and delivery
  
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail design and delivery
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working in the Egyptian market is a plus
  
  
  

Contract Details:
