Job Title: Senior Architect (Technical – Revit Expert)
Location: Dubai – Candidates will be hired from Egypt

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience and expert-level proficiency in Revit. Selected candidates will join our main office in Dubai and will be responsible for supporting and delivering large-scale architectural projects. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical capabilities, excellent coordination skills, and a solid understanding of architectural standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing and developing detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation using Revit with high accuracy.
• Ensuring all drawings comply with Dubai codes, regulations, and construction standards.
• Coordinating BIM models with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
• Reviewing architectural documents, tender drawings, and shop drawings to ensure consistency and quality.
• Providing technical support during project execution and assisting in resolving site-related issues when required.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and other departments to ensure proper project delivery.
• Preparing material schedules, specifications, and detailed documentation for construction.
• Attending internal coordination meetings and providing technical recommendations to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensuring all documents are properly updated, organized, and aligned with project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Expert in Revit (mandatory requirement).
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and technical detailing.
• Experience with additional software (AutoCAD, BIM 360, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
