Role Summary

What You ll Do

* Review landscape and irrigation design packages, shop drawings, materials, and method statements
* Provide technical comments and ensure compliance with design and authority requirements
* Support construction supervision teams as a PMC representative overseeing landscaping services
* Liaise with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams on project integration
* Attend weekly and monthly progress and HSSE meetings with stakeholders
* Prepare reports, manuals, and guidelines for landscaping and irrigation-related issues
* Conduct site inspections, verify quality of work, and ensure accurate as-built documentation
* Direct site instructions related to landscape and irrigation works in coordination with the construction manager
* Advise on plant selection, irrigation standards, and sustainability measures to ensure project quality
* Monitor progress against project schedules and provide input for project reporting
* Ensure site safety protocols and environmental requirements are implemented consistently

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 12 years of design and construction supervision experience in landscaping and irrigation, preferably in the UAE
* Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use projects
* Strong technical knowledge of softscape, irrigation systems, pipelines, chambers, and related infrastructure
* Ability to work in a management capacity with strong communication and reporting skills
* Familiarity with UAE authority standards and international landscaping regulations
* Expertise in health, safety, environmental, and sustainability standards in construction
