Area Business Manager - Female

One of our client a leading Automotive Industry is looking for Female Area Business Manager - After Sales.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate (BBA/BS)
• Must have sales experience of at least 3-5 years
• Must have a valid drivers licence

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership principals, key corporate clients, and institutional customers.
• Align dealer network activities with company sales strategy and regional targets.
• Monitor dealership sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and brand guidelines.
• Identify capability gaps within dealership teams and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of sales campaigns and product launches.
• Gather market feedback and competitor insights from key stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports on stakeholder health, risks, and opportunities.
• Highlight potential business risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Identify and develop new institutional and corporate sales opportunities.
• Strengthen fleet and government business relationships in the region.
• Support achievement of regional sales targets.
