Position Overview:

Titan, a leading jewellery brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Manager-Retail to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and retail, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets. As an Area Business Manager-Retail, you will be responsible for managing the retail operations of our Tanishq brand in the Kolkata region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets
• Manage and oversee the retail operations of Tanishq stores in the Kolkata region
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Conduct regular market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and retail, preferably in the jewellery industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the North East region as needed
