We’re looking for a seasoned multi-unit leader to oversee a growing portfolio of chef-driven restaurants across Florida. This role calls for someone who knows how to build teams, elevate operations, and drive strong financial results—without losing the heart and culture that make hospitality matter.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support multiple General Managers across diverse concepts
- Drive revenue, operational standards, and guest experience at every location
- Build strong, collaborative teams rooted in respect, accountability, and consistency
- Partner with culinary leaders to execute menus, maintain quality, and manage costs
- Champion sustainability, ethical sourcing, and community involvement
- Travel regularly to all Florida locations to provide hands-on leadership
- Support openings, staffing needs, and high-pressure operational moments
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of multi-unit General Manager or above–level leadership
- A proven track record of hitting revenue goals and improving performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate
- Experience navigating diverse culinary environments, not just one style or segment
- Someone who leads by example—hands-on, servant-minded, and calm under pressure
- Solid judgment, quick decision-making, and the ability to resolve conflicts with clarity
- Passion for inclusive, people-first cultures
- Flexibility to travel, work nights, weekends, and support business needs as they come

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
