Area Distribution Manager

Milano Exclusive Flooring is seeking a well-experienced and dynamic Distribution Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in interiors and building construction materials, with a solid background in distribution-based sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distribution networks for flooring and interior products
• Handle dealers, distributors, and project-based clients professionally
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities in interior and construction markets
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and deliveries
• Maintain sales records, reports, and market feedback

Requirements:

• Must have experience in interiors and building construction materials
• Proven background in distribution sales (flooring, tiles, interiors, building materials preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Education: Intermediate / Graduate (preferred)
