Area Engineer Karachi Sukkur

Position: Area Engineer

Location: Sindh (Karachi, Sukkur)

Industry: OMC (Oil Marketing Company)

Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in site execution, preferably in fuel retail/OMC experience
Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of construction drawings, civil execution, and project milestones.

- Ability to manage contractors and multiple site activities independently.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise end-to-end retail pump construction at multiple retail fuel outlet sites countrywide.

- Review and implement construction drawings, layouts, and BOQs.

- Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely completion of activities (civil, electrical, mechanical)

- Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and regulatory approvals.

- Monitor material usage, site progress, and contractor performance.

- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and automation teams for interface work.

- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to project managers.

- Prepare construction work schedule (Excel/ Microsoft Project).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
