Language must - Malayalam, English, Kannada / Tamil

Team handling experience must - 8 on role Business development team.

Area he will be handling is Karnataka, Kerala & Tamil Nadu

Qualification - Graduate + MBA Preferred but not compulsory

Age - Max -38 years


Division / Function - MMP (Multi Vertical + Mini Industries + Periphery)


Vertical Multi - Vertical Product


Sub Vertical - Sealants


Job responsibilities :


People Management

  1. Ensure induction for new joiners in BDE-Sealants roles as per the Induction Module. Also enable other executives TSI/TSRs/BDE-Adhesives who are responsible for sales and demand generation of sealants.
  2. Training of BDE-Sealants/TSIs/TSRs/BDE-Adhesives on new modules and refresher sessions on existing modules.
  3. Conduct reviews of BDE-Sealants, track performances against identified key indicators for the month through periodic reviews.
  4. Recruit best suitable talent for vacant positions.


Market Insights - Identify insights with respect to dealers, users and competition by maintaining closely connect

Feedback Consolidation and Sharing

  1. Product Feedback: Provide timely & meaningful feedback through adopted contractor visits, competition dealer/distributor, competition user/dealer visits, BTL meets (including Xpert Panel Meets) etc
  2. Trial Feedback: Conduct trials of new products with users as per category plan
  3. Module Feedback: Provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of field marketing modules.
  4. Feedback on BDE-Sealants scorecard

Business Review - Ensure business reviews are conducted through OAAP tool as per index.

Adopted contractor Performance

  1. Engage with adopted contractors twice a quarter. Educate the contractors about our range of products
  2. Identify key user needs, product feedback. Gather actionable and well-articulated insights
  3. Make ‘influencers’ out of high potential users


Adopted dealer performance -

  • Identify, adopt and track the performance of SA class dealers in sealants business (Can include direct dealers/NCDs/ECDs)


Contact, Connect, Convert

  1. Track town wise user sufficiency gaps and drive the team of BDE-sealants to map users as per norms.
  2. Ensure relation building activities are carried out with full rigour for the users to feel connected to the brand
  3. Drive implementation of segment-wise market development modules in 1-1 visits and 1-many meets with BDE adopted users across ACP/facade, glass, Aluminium and uPVC contractors.
  4. Ensure "Paathsaala" meets are conducted as per planned module in collaboration with FMM/agency
  5. Execute demand generation activities for exception territories and products.
