Area Lead

Job Purpose

Accountable for the direction and co-ordination of their people and the Fulfilment Operations in various stores they manage, along with full P&L responsibility as the area leader, you will lead the operations for multiple fulfilment operations in your designated region or area ensuring that our customers receive the best service and the business constantly improves and is on the path to profitability.

Functional Accountabilities:

1. Monitor stores and process

2. Monitor last mile performance

3. Delivering excellence

4. Follow management strategies and implement

5. Follow-up customer complaints actions

6. Train new joiners

7. Developing performance goals

8. Periodical meetings with the team

9. Maintain compliance and consistency and taking corrective action when needed

10. Ensuring SOPs are followed for building security and product loss prevention.

Education

-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
