About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area leader to oversee field operations, resource coordination, and service delivery within a designated geographic area. This role ensures operational excellence, team performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards
What you will do:
- Lead and manage field teams to meet service KPIs and operational targets
- Coordinate daily activities including preventive and corrective maintenance
- Monitor resource allocation, shift planning, and task execution
- Ensure adherence to EHS policies and operational procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and site-level decisions
- Support implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies
- Track performance metrics and report regularly to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, quality, planning)
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in field operations or team leadership
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and team coordination abilities
- Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and maintenance workflows
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools
