📢 Hiring: Area Logistics Manager – Pune

Location: Pune

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream)

Experience: Relevant 8-12 Years of experience in logistics, hub operations, transportation, or supply chain management preferred.

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Logistics Manager to lead and oversee hub and cluster operations in the Pune region. This role requires strong operational expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive efficiency across the logistics network.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hub operations and drive process improvement initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Ensure seamless functioning across multiple clusters , while monitoring overall P&L performance and operational KPIs.
• Lead Linehaul performance , quality, route optimization, and expansion across the cluster.
• Oversee ground operations, network operations, network capacity utilization , and cost management.
• Drive business partner/vendor development , performance evaluation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Contribute to and support cluster‑level and national logistics projects to strengthen operational capabilities.
• Ensure effective SID management and maintain healthy stock controls across the network.
