Area Manager

An Area Manager in VINALDI oversees the performance, operations, and sales of multiple fashion retail stores within an assigned region. The role ensures each store meets sales targets, maintains brand standards, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. The Area Manager acts as a link between the head office and the stores, supporting store managers and driving business growth.

Job Description

• Manage shop's teams performance and boost their moral.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of your team.
• Achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and productivity targets for all stores in the area.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and take corrective actions where needed.

• Highlight excellent communication and interpersonal competencies.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Store Managers and staff to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or Store retail manager, preferably in fashion retail.
• Driving license
• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, sales analysis, and visual merchandising.
