Area Manager

Developing sales plans for the region and the labor plans necessary to achieve them, directing inventory management and cost control at the level of the branches of its region, and achieving the main tasks mentioned below

Responsibilities

• Reviewing daily labor distribution plans in affiliated branches, ensuring that branch managers are committed to covering shifts efficiently, and intervening in deficit situations to ensure continuity of operation.
• Review monthly performance evaluation reports from branches, set training priorities, and make recommendations to the HR team.
• Monitor the implementation of incentive and reward programs within branches, ensure their consistency with company policies, and enhance team spirit.
• Review performance and discipline reports from branches, ensure that sanctions are implemented in accordance with approved policies, and escalate serious violations when necessary.
• Direct intervention in major problems between team members or with customers when needed, ensuring their documentation and following up on corrective actions.
• Review the employment plans proposed by the branches, and provide the necessary guidance to ensure their compliance with operating requirements.
• Supervising the process of attracting new employees in coordination with human resources and branch managers, and ensuring the quality of selection.
  
  

Requirements

• Tourism and hotels are preferred Qualification
• At least 8 years of experience
• Very good level of English language
• Excellent level of dealing with programs (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
