Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in retail operations, including multi-store management.

Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Willing to travel within the assigned region as required

Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of operational success.

Business-oriented mindset and analytical skills to interpret and act on performance data.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills across different levels.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support multiple stores, ensuring operational consistency and achievement of regional business goals.

Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers to deliver strong sales results and an exceptional customer journey.

Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive measures to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Collaborate with HR and Recruitment teams to ensure optimal staffing, development, and succession planning.

Provide coaching and feedback to build high-performing teams across all stores.

Plan and execute regional initiatives and local market activities in line with company objectives.

Ensure product availability, accurate inventory management, and smooth stock flow processes.

Conduct frequent store visits to maintain operational standards, compliance, and visual presentation quality.

Oversee new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments, ensuring readiness and alignment across teams.

Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Prepare and present regular reports on performance, people, and operational improvements.
