✨ Job Description – Area Manager (AM)

We are looking for dynamic retail professionals for the roles of Area Manager (AM) to oversee store operations across the Gujarat region . Candidates must have strong experience in Jewellery or Fashion retail and a solid track record in multi-store leadership.

⭐ Key Responsibilities ( AM):

• Oversee multiple retail stores within the assigned region.
• Drive sales targets, growth, and profitability across locations.
• Review store-level KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Lead, motivate, and support store managers and their teams.
• Ensure highest standards of customer service and store operations.
• Monitor inventory, stock accuracy, shrinkage, and compliance.
• Conduct routine audits and store visits to evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with marketing, HR, VM, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Develop actionable plans for revenue enhancement and cost control.
• Prepare regional performance reports and drive execution.

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of retail experience in Jewellery or Fashion brands .
• Experience managing multiple stores (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-handling skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Must belong to Gujarat region only.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
