Area Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Professional to join our expanding sales team. This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Cairo or Giza. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in a designated region. Daily tasks will include managing sales opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and reporting on sales performance. The role will also involve building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned territories.
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing tailored solutions, upselling products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and forecast future sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand awareness.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, industry trends, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide ongoing customer support post-sale to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns, assess performance metrics, and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Experience

  • Proven experience in Sales Management and developing Sales Strategies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills for market analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of work experience with Radiology
