Area Manager

Job Title: Area Manager – F&B

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Role Summary

The client is looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple Food & Beverage outlets in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining brand standards, improving operational efficiency, and leading store teams to deliver excellent customer experience and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of multiple F&B outlets within the assigned region

Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and service standards across stores

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety, and municipality regulations

Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance

Recruit, train, and develop Restaurant/Store Managers and staff

Control costs (food cost, wastage, manpower scheduling, inventory)

Conduct regular store audits and operational visits

Handle customer escalations and maintain brand reputation

Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and maintenance teams

Requirements

5–10 years experience in F&B operations (multi-unit management mandatory)

GCC experience preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good knowledge of P&L, cost control, and sales analysis

Experience with QSR, casual dining, or café chains

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Willing to travel within the region
