Area manager [ casual and QSR]

Role Overview

The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple casual dining and QSR outlets within an assigned area. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, achieving sales and profitability targets, maintaining brand standards, and leading restaurant management teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Casual Dining and QSR outlets
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Monitor outlet performance and implement corrective actions when required

Sales & Profitability

• Drive sales growth and control costs to achieve profitability targets
• Analyze P&L statements and improve operational efficiency
• Implement promotions and operational initiatives to boost revenue

People Management

• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams
• Ensure proper staffing levels, training, and performance management
• Maintain high employee morale and discipline

Quality & Customer Experience

• Ensure consistent food quality and service standards across all outlets
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, health & safety regulations
• Conduct regular audits and outlet inspections
• Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an Area Manager / Multi-Unit Manager in Casual Dining or QSR brands
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams effectively
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, operational environment

Working Conditions & Benefits

• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Weekly Off: 1 day
• Salary: To be decided based on interview performance and relevant experience
• Annual Leave: 2 months leave once every 2 years
• Air Ticket: will give a joining ticket and also one way return ticket after 2 year completion for annual leave
