Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Financial & Risk Management

Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance of projects.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.

People Leadership

Lead and support Project Managers, ensuring clear delegation and effective team management.
Provide coaching, performance evaluation, and succession planning for project teams.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Maintain close relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities, ensuring alignment on project expectations.
Report regularly to the Chief Projects Officer and senior management on project status and escalations.
