Area Manager – Djibouti (Male Only)

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple fast-food outlets in Djibouti. The ideal candidate will have a background in fast-food operations, preferably with American brands like Pizza Hut or Subway.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of multiple outlets
• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
• Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve targets
• Lead, mentor, and motivate outlet managers and staff
• Coordinate with supply chain and inventory teams
• Maintain health, safety, and quality standards
• Prepare operational reports for senior management

Requirements:

• Male applicant
• Proven experience in fast-food operations (American brands preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
