Lumiere Sweets & Pastries Co. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager (F&B) to oversee and coordinate operations across multiple branches in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and in-depth knowledge of Kuwait food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all assigned branches
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
• Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and cost control
• Lead, train, and manage branch managers and staff
• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait Municipality & Food Safety regulations
• Conduct regular branch audits and performance evaluations
• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and time management
• Handle customer escalations and ensure service excellence
• Frequent travel between branches as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B multi-unit management
• Proven experience in SOP creation and operational structuring
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Food & Safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Valid Kuwait driving license (preferred)
• Immediate joiners preferred
