Job Title: Area Manager – Food & Beverage

Department: Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of proven experience in the Food & Beverage sector, with a strong background in multi-outlet management, team leadership, and operational excellence. This role requires a results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence in service.
  • Drive revenue growth, monitor budgets, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and their teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, service quality, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Analyze business performance, market trends, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches across outlets.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between senior management and outlet teams.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve operational challenges effectively.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong track record in multi-outlet or area management.
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, business management, and customer service excellence.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently between outlets and work extended hours as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
