Job Title: Area Manager-Franchise Sales
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–5 Years in QSR / F&B / Retail
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily operations across multiple outlets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold consistent service quality.
- Manage store staff — including scheduling, performance, and discipline.
- Maintain store infrastructure, cleanliness, and equipment func onality.
- Monitor and control Cost of Goods (COGs) while ensuring budget and KPI compliance.
- Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
- Lead new store launches, including staff hiring and onboarding.
- Act as the key link between store teams and the central opera ons department.
- Oversee food quality and hygiene standards across outlets.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales, audit, and performance reports to the Operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in QSR, F&B, or Retail Operations.
- Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to contribute innovative ideas to improve sales and opera ons.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel across assigned stores (company bike will be provided).
- Self-driven, organized, and commi ed to maintaining opera onal excellence.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹16,676.60 - ₹40,849.23 per month
