Qualifications & Experience

• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication skills
• Graduate / Postgraduate in MBA , BBA ,Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in preschool, education, retail, or franchise business development.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city preferably with own 2-wheeler

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and onboard prospective franchise partners in your territory.
• Manage relationships with existing preschool partners to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.
• Monitor competition and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
