Area Manager- Home Appliance

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee sales operations and drive growth in the consumer electronics and home appliances sector. The ideal candidate will manage multiple locations, lead teams, and develop strategies to boost sales, customer satisfaction, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support store teams across designated areas to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies specific to consumer electronics and home appliances.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to enhance performance and achieve goals.
• Conduct regular visits to stores, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
• Analyze sales reports and performance metrics, taking action to address any gaps.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Flexibility to travel between store locations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
