Lead and manage the full commercial and operational performance of multiple stores within the assigned area, with full accountability for sales, profitability, and KPI achievement.
Develop and execute clear, data-driven action plans based on detailed analysis of sales and operational KPIs (Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Margin).
Ensure consistent and effective execution of company strategy, seasonal launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives across all stores.
Oversee overall store readiness, including visual merchandising standards, staffing levels, stock availability, and opening/closing procedures.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards, while monitoring audit, loss prevention, and stock control results and implementing corrective actions.
Manage inventory performance at area level, improving stock accuracy, reducing shrinkage, and maximizing sell-through and stock turnover.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and leadership teams, building strong succession pipelines and high-performing teams.
Monitor individual and store performance, addressing underperformance through development plans, or corrective actions when required.
Ensure consistent delivery of an exceptional, brand-aligned customer experience and actively monitor customer feedback, complaints, and NPS results.
Support organizational development initiatives and lead change implementation to improve performance, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Training, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure effective workforce planning and operational alignment.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in fashion retail.
At least 2–3 years of proven experience in a leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets, driving profitability, and improving multi-store performance.
Solid understanding of retail KPIs, financial performance, and commercial analysis.
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing leaders.
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
