Achieve business parameters such as billing, volume, market share, and collection targets across assigned dealerships
Ensure zero customer complaints on sales by proactively working with customer care and dealer staff
Interpret industry and RTO analysis for effective volume forecasting and strategy alignment with state and zone priorities.
Set targets for each dealership to achieve billing and collection goals, in line with organizational objectives and sector guidelines
Play an active role in appointment and selection of dealers to ensure robust distribution coverage
Negotiate with dealers on manpower deployment, financial management, and infrastructure requirements to ensure effective dealership functioning
Monitor salesmen productivity at dealerships; provide support and resources to optimize efficiency through allocation of SPEs, demonstrators, etc
Prepare and implement action plans based on industry and competitor insights to address state’s strategic priorities
Regularly review and negotiate fund management with dealers, taking steps to meet their working capital requirements and reduce retail cycles
Conduct monthly reviews and provide structured feedback to Territory Managers, coaching them on business and behavioral concerns
