Area Manager -Sportswear

The Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the sales and operations of our sportswear and footwear retail outlets across Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail management within the sportswear or footwear industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven record of driving store performance and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage multiple retail stores within the assigned area to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement action plans to improve productivity and KPIs.

Lead, train, and motivate store managers and sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.

Ensure effective visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines across all stores.

Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotions and campaigns to boost sales.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

Support recruitment, training, and development of store personnel.

Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained in all stores.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

5–8 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or area management role in the sportswear or footwear sector.

Strong understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising, and customer engagement.

Proven leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
