Area Manager – VIVA Arabia (Landmark Group)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 15,000 per month
Reporting to: Territory Head

Job Summary

VIVA Supermarket is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager with strong experience in grocery retail operations. The successful candidate will oversee multiple store locations, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent sales growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of multiple supermarket branches

· Drive sales performance and profitability across assigned stores

· Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, local regulations, and food safety standards

· Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams

· Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage control, and stock availability

· Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation

· Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management

· Support new store openings and expansion plans

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in grocery / supermarket retail, with at least 2 years in a multi-store management role

· Strong knowledge of grocery operations, fresh category management, and shrinkage control

· Proven leadership and team management capability

· Strong analytical and reporting skills

· Experience in the Saudi retail market preferred

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
