- Manage and supervise all bakery branches within the assigned zone.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth.
- Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and quality standards across all branches.
- Conduct regular branch visits and inspections.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage control.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance departments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Identify staffing needs and assist in recruitment and training.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are followed.
- Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
- Manage branch opening, closing, and operational compliance.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the zone.
