  • Manage and supervise all bakery branches within the assigned zone.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth.
  • Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitability.
  • Implement company policies, SOPs, and quality standards across all branches.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and inspections.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage control.
  • Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance departments.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
  • Identify staffing needs and assist in recruitment and training.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are followed.
  • Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
  • Manage branch opening, closing, and operational compliance.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the zone.
