About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations across our retail stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring 7–8 years of proven experience in retail or brand management, with strong skills in operations, sales performance, team management, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue:

  • For your respective area, oversee store performance, sales targets, and profitability, implementing strategies to achieve growth.

Operations:

  • Drive operational excellence across all retail stores, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

  • Execution of VM and upkeep display standards

  • Identify and implement strategies to achieve growth.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and KSA market regulations.

  • Partner with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to optimize product availability and store execution.

  • Monitor Customer KPIs (NPS, Google Reviews, Customer Complaints) and provide data-driven insights.

  • Support new store openings, expansion plans, and local brand-building initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer engagement.


People:

  • Act as a bridge between the Operations Team and the Store Teams by taking key messages and disseminating in accordance to the cultural requirements.

  • Own the metric of Attrition and Staff Retention - understand and resolve store level issues that people may face.

  • Train staff in order to keep them abreast with the brand initiatives

  • Guide the local operations team on the cultural nuances - and ways of operations

  • Lead, coach, and develop store managers and frontline teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Partnerships:

  • Identify key opportunities like Institutions, Schools, Colleges - potential list of all partners

  • Project manage end to end tie ups

  • Ensure seamless execution in order to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must be a Saudi National

  • 7–8 years of experience in retail operations and / or brand management, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail sector.

  • Strong understanding of the KSA retail market and customer preferences.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-location operations and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluency in English & Arabic is required
