Area Project Manager

1. Oversee the architectural design and construction efforts.

2. Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings.

3. Approve design specifications and develop purchase justifications for materials where necessary.

4. Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.

5. Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment.

6. Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 5 experience in project supervision role

· B. Tech in Civil

· Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

· The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities. Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.

· Must have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

· .Must be able to converse fluently in Kannada and English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
