Area Project Manager_Civil

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Area Project Manager (APM) to lead and manage multiple residential construction projects across the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will drive execution excellence, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of all assigned residential construction projects.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, BOQs, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor Site Engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams for project smoothness.
• Act as the primary customer interface during project execution.
• Implement BuildNext’s quality & safety protocols across all sites.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, checklists, and MIS reports.

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 5–10 years of experience in building construction (residential preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience managing multiple sites and contractors.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, planning & quality control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / MS Project (added advantage).
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and customer-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
